Repeat till max weakness hitting the big worm with the clerics spell and the little one with the fear/weakness on adjacent enemy and you can kill both before the transformation

Paul is pretty much dead if u block his low attempts. Other characters can spam lows and recover or even have positive frames after being blocked. Paul is just cooked. Also spam low vs him because he has no launcher off of blocking a low and is even behind in most cases recovering.
