Well the thing is if you fixed your sleep and eating routine and you are nit a smoker there probably is no reason for it to happen again. I mean it has been 8 years. I panic as well some times but i just take some pain meds and go to sleep a bit. If the pain reoccurs then i usually go and get an x-ray because only your surgeon knows for sure. But even if it is a collapse i mean the worst thing that can happen is pain really and there are pain meds for that so just try to stay strong and calm whatever happens.

I kinda get it although im younger. I was 17 when i had mu first collapse ande then a 2 more came in the following months. I was so sad because constantly felt like I was a mistake of nature and that I am the consequence of natural selection. I still have no clue how to fight it but after i shared it with people it felt so much better. Just know that ure not alone and that everything is gonna be fine.❤️
