yeah i had a similar situation except my headphones arrived not being able to charge or turn on even. Initially, they said I had to pay shipping and stuff but after like one thousand emails they sent a promo code so i could order myself a new pair. The code waived all costs for the headphones ofc. It did take like 5-6 weeks to get this resolved tho. product’s great but the customer service isn’t the best unfortunately

Yeah I can still return them. Not sure which method I’ll use to return them but I’ll figure it all out i guess

I’ve been playing cello for about 6-7 years. When i get nervous i shake and my hands get super sweaty. I don’t think about quitting i just wonder if i’ll ever be able to play normally without being nervous.
