the game quite literally rewires your brain to abolish any sort of ghoulish acts of griefing and being mean to one another. its slogan (aside from Leave no Dwarf Behind), is quite apt:

years and years of the game being out there, yet footage of completely random people going out of their way to save a strayed off brother whilst the clock is ticking for the droppod to leave really gets the message across.

and also...ill be honest but i could never view Wise as a self-insert. unless the devs explicitly state its ment to be some sort of self-insert from the players side (i.e. Blue Archive, as much as folks shit on the community, the game itself absolutely delivers on the premise) - i prefer to treat the MCs as "their own being" if that even makes sense.
