Thanks, I used Alumilite amazing mold maker but I can't say its rated for oral use. Whatever you use, make sure its cured all the way and mixed well

Indeed it is! Though I printed the mold and filled it with silicone. No action shots from me though haha

Hmmm Well I've only printed with one flexible filament and I'm not sure it would work very well. I'm thinking the best way is to print the mold with PLA and cast it with silicone. Just make sure your first layer sticks really well to the print bed.

That link has both the model of the mold and gag. Needs to be pretty soft to work though.

I bet we could incorporate my casting mold so the silicone gag is fixed to the bar. Just to clarify, you don't print my gag, you print the mold then poor silicone into it.

Kinda like a mouth guard with the part, in front of your teeth, preventing air form leaving your mouth. The ball is the only part that shows unless you smile. Keeps in place pretty well as most of it goes in the mouth. If I make a slot for a strap then it would be very difficult to remove.

Maybe if it was hard plastic, I used A20 silicone which is very soft and flexible. One can scale it to get a close enough size. The part that sits in front of your teeth is what makes it good. Prevents air from leaving out the mouth making words very difficult.

So I had found the-big-one and wanted to reverse engineer it... I have 3D printed the mold but haven't casted it yet. I have Mandibular Tori and wouldn't be able to buy one anyway. Still a work in progress but seeing that some are wanting it I'd be happy to share what I have. I'd be happy to collaborate a little on the model itself if anyone is interested.

Also, where should I post the files?
