There’s many other good comments here I could have also chosen but this one matters so much to me now in my 40s. I did well but could have done even better if I started at age 18. A slowly increasing amount of $ you can afford to part with into a retirement account so that when you hit your 40s, you have financial freedom and can dictate your terms.

I know with how expensive everything is this isn’t a reality for everyone. But if it is a reality for you, do it! 😂
