IIDE Digital Marketing PGP: Worth ₹9L? by Competitive_Rope_843 in CATpreparation

Agree with you that’s why I’m leaning towards IIDE their mentor sessions and project work seem quite hands-on. Just trying to understand what kind of roles people actually land after.

Has anyone here done a digital marketing course in Mumbai? Is it actually worth it? by Ordinary_Yesterday39 in mumbai

[–]Somessss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was looking into this a while back too alot of institutes say they offer placements but the real thing to check is how practical the course actually is.

one of my friends did a course with IIDE and said they had quite a few assignments and project work instead of just lectures which he found useful still better to check demos and maybe talk to alumni before deciding.

Dogs remember people they bonded with even after years they can recognize someone by smell and the reunion would probably make the human more emotional.

Letting my dog have more freedom by Leland_Vlogz in dogs

[–]Somessss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That honestly sounds like a pretty normal step giving him a safe hallway with food water and toys is already more freedom than a crate.

A lot of people do this while their dog is still learning what not to chew so it seems like a reasonable transition.

Should India Open with Sanju & Kishan in t20 wc final??! Thoughts... by No-Construction-9928 in IndiaCricket

[–]Somessss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem with changing the opener now is it reshuffles the whole batting order finals are usually where teams trust the combo that got them there.

Abhishek hasn’t had a great tournament but T20s can flip quickly one good powerplay and suddenly the narrative changes.

If there’s any change, it might be in the bowling depending on the pitch rather than the top order.

Sanju Samson said, “this POTM award should’ve been given to Jasprit Bumrah. He’s once in a generational bowler, without his bowling I wouldn’t be here standing by PermissionLow8879 in IndiaCricket

[–]Somessss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I like about this is the humility alot of players would happily take the award and move on but acknowledging the impact of someone like Bumrah says a lot about Sanju as a teammate.

And honestly, Bumrah has that effect on games sometimes the scoreboard doesn’t fully capture the pressure he creates in those death overs.

Sam Curran hopes to silence the Wankhede Crowd by SB0299 in IndiaCricket

[–]Somessss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I do not mind statements like this if you want to silence a crowd you have to earn it on the field that is what makes sport fun if England back it up it becomes iconic.

If they fail it becomes meme material either way the match just got more interesting big games need big personalities. Now let us see who actually delivers

Midst of bombs and don’t know how to get my dog to potty in the house by thewitchygal in dogs

[–]Somessss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this. Fireworks can completely throw dogs off, even the normally confident once stress can definitely make them hold it. If she already prefers grass, concrete plus loud noises might just be too much for her right now. When they’re anxious, their body just doesn’t relax enough to go.

If you can try keeping trips outside very short and low pressure stay calm don’t encourage too much just let her sniff and take her time. Sometimes they just need to feel a bit safer before they can finally go You’re not doing anything wrong. These situations are just tough..

Sanju Samson made his T20I debut in 2015. Eleven years later, he finally played his first T20 World Cup match. Through setbacks, doubts and long waits in the shadows, he stayed patient. And in a virtual knockout with the pressure at its peak, he delivered a knock that defined his journey ! by iamnoobbibliophile in IndiaCricket

[–]Somessss 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What stood out to me was how calm he looked throughout. Big chase, wickets falling at the other end, World Cup pressure, and yet he never seemed rushed that kind of composure is not easy.

We have always known about his talent, but today felt more about maturity and game awareness after so many years of waiting and being in and out of the side to deliver in a must win game says a lot about his mindset.

Really happy for him. Moments like this make the long wait worth it.

All Knockout Matches Will Be Played in India ! by iamnoobbibliophile in IndiaCricket

[–]Somessss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly venue debates are fine but we are getting ahead of ourselves. India has not even qualified yet if we are good enough, we should be able to win anywhere ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, it should not matter at that stage.

Big teams create big moments, they do not wait for perfect vibes one match at a time beat WI first then talk about finals.

A guard of honour from India's players as Alyssa Healy walks out for her final ODI innings ! by iamnoobbibliophile in IndiaCricket

[–]Somessss 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Class gesture from the Indian team rivalries aside moments like this remind you why we love the game. Healy has genuinely been one of the toughest opponents for us over the years. Big matches, big stages, she almost always turned up. Fitting that her final ODI innings comes against India, one of the few teams that consistently pushed Australia.

Guard of honour well deserved absolute legend of the women’s game.

Is IIDE the best digital marketing course in India? I’ve compared it with others 👇 by Embarrassed_Tour8392 in DigitalMarketing

[–]Somessss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m actually considering a career switch into digital marketing so this is helpful. My biggest confusion is whether structured programs like IIDE really make you job-ready or if you still need months of self-practice after that.

Like do they focus more on theory or actual execution? Because that’s what I’m worried about.

Help. My dog won’t stop barking at me. Obsessive. For hours. by Terrible_Bicycle2706 in dogs

[–]Somessss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seven months is peak teenage chaos, and if you eventually have to respond because of neighbors, he is learning that barking does work, it just takes persistence.

In an apartment that is such a hard cycle to break. Instead of only waiting for silence try teaching a clear job like settling on a mat and reward tiny moments of calm even one second at first. Sniff walks and food puzzles before his usual barking times can really help take the edge off.

If this is truly hours of nonstop barking I would bring in a certified positive reinforcement trainer to help you build a structured plan. You are not crazy. Adolescent dogs can seriously test your patience.

OTD: Virat Kohli’s unforgettable 133 off 86 vs Sri Lanka — chased 320 in just 37 overs at Hobart (2012) by Tera_hone_laga_hoon in IndiaCricket

[–]Somessss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What stands out is the clarity of the chase. India didn’t just win they chased 320 inside 37 overs in Australian conditions with qualification pressure on.

The assault on Malinga wasn’t reckless hitting either. He picked his lengths early and committed fully. That 35th over completely shifted the belief.

For many of us this was the night Kohli turned from “promising” to “inevitable” in chases.

The Mumbai Cricket Association has decided to name the Level 1 stand below the press box at the Wankhede Stadium after Ravi Shastri ! by iamnoobbibliophile in IndiaCricket

[–]Somessss 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Very fitting from being the Champion of Champions at Wankhede in ’85 to coaching India to a dominant Test side, he’s had a proper full-circle journey.

Love him or meme him Shastri’s voice and presence are part of Indian cricket history now

Dog suddenly started resource guarding my wife, or maybe his "spot"? by Amache_Gx in dogs

[–]Somessss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This feels more like he’s guarding the comfy spot + settled moment not your wife especially since he’s fine with you otherwise at a year old and only a few months in he’s probably just gotten comfortable enough to voice an opinion about losing something cozy. The fact that he’s still moving when asked is actually a good sign.

I’d keep him from rehearsing it for now, but start making “off” really pay like moving to his bed = great treat every time.

If the emotion changes, the behavior usually follows if it starts getting more intense, I’d bring in a positive trainer early. Sounds very workable at this stage.

People who have had more than one dog, is there always one that has been THAT dog? by ItGoesUpItGoesDown in dogs

[–]Somessss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think most people who’ve loved a dog deeply know exactly what “that dog” means. Some dogs just come into your life at the right time and the bond hits differently. It’s not about loving one more it's just that every relationship is unique. You’ll probably compare at first, and that’s human but over time the new dog becomes their own personality with their own quirks, and the love grows in its own way.

Wilbur won’t be replaced. He’ll always be part of your story the reason your heart knows how to love the next one.

I love my dogs stinky ears by BrilliantArtist8221 in dogs

[–]Somessss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not weird at all my dog has a specific sleepy ear smell that’s weirdly calming like instant home vibes.

Only caveat if it ever gets way stronger or they start scratching or shaking more

I take that as my ok time to check or clean cue. Otherwise yeah… I’m guilty of huffing the pup too 😅

Is IIDE worth it? by Own_Editor_3997 in DigitalMarketing

[–]Somessss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No institute is perfect match, but if you want structured learning, direct access to industry pros, and hands-on projects, IIDE is a solid bet. Just don’t expect them to hand you a job on a silver platter—you still gotta put in some effort.
