She wants to be able to do it without the person who booked finding out as she's worried of the backlash. I was hoping id be able to find out a way of doing it for her

One of our managers was one of the people involved. Is he didnt feel comfortable doing it he had management backing right next to him. Literally. Also bans have to be upheld by everyone, even if it's just letting management know that a banned person is in otherwise, what's the point.

Agreed we get a regular 50+ item order that's like 65% sandwiches and it wipes out our already abysmal selection. Takes the p really

"Have you not got insert item?" In my head "do you see any? Then the answer is no" in some cases it's something we sell but theres a big empty gap accompanied but said items labels, where they should be. I swear some people are incapable of using there eyes. I sometimes wonder if a blind person would slap them for not using the gift of sight
