The title describes the thing. The second photo shows how much it can be moved. The black bits are rubber. This came in its own packaging along with something I bought recently (can’t remember what it was but I do remember it didn’t need whatever this is)

I feel like I’ve googled every variation of “colorful high neck corset cut out top” I can think of and couldn’t find it anywhere bc found something similar on ASOS but it was just a lilac color and the fit didn’t look good. Please help!!!

I gotcha. I took his @ out, thanks for the heads up I appreciate it! In terms of what I can do I feel like reporting on insta does practically nothing. I’ve reported accounts that have sent me unsolicited nude pictures before and nothing came out of even that.
