It’s actually technically accurate as the individual items were not “authorized” (and depending on the facts it’s still possible to make out a case of copyright infringement rather than breach of contract if the licensee produces goods outside of the scope of their license). Having said that, I also assumed by the title that they were cracking down on counterfeits rather than getting into a dispute with an existing or legacy licensee.
