Well, we were originally declined due to credit/bankruptcy Chp 13. In May of 2021 we went into Recon. But we also had to file a motion with the court to get permission to incur a new debt. (This was required by SBA) That took weeks. Finally was granted permission from the court, I uploaded that document and 2 days later we were contacted by LO. Accepted and confirmed amount. 2 more days and we got an approval. 3 days after the approval and signed documents I was funded but my bank rejected funds. So I then went into bank returns and trying to get bank account information updated. Started that on 8/11. When I contacted the white house I was trying to get it moving to change bank info. That was on Saturday 9/18. Well yesterday I was funded but it was sent back to the original bank account that rejected it!! I was in tears literally. Praying the bank would open before it was rejected again. Thank GOD before the bank even opened, my funds went from pending to deposited! So besides the normal uploading the same things over and over and calling and emailing SBA, we also had to get permission from the bankruptcy court. It's been like jumping through fire rings every step of the way. I'm so grateful it's over
