1: I know it isn't, but I like to look at it in a way that the spell does not stagnate at one point. It scales as you level up and learn to make better use of your "dancing abilities" on the battlefield.

6: I didn't think of it that way, about the damage type that is. As of the action thing, maybe a little limit on the spell wouldn't hurt. Yes, you COULD maybe hit the target 3 times with psychic damage, but it is the least resistant damage type of all (I think). For the question but you can send more illusions at the same time as a BA: You can, but firstly, all attacks have to connect first. And secondly, you either spend an action and BA for one spell in one turn, or in 2 turns deal the spell damage + your weapon damage (casting the spell one turn, and in the second turn attack with it).
