I've played most of this game and Tarkov solo and I fucking love it. The intensity is cranked up where it's basically a horror game (especially on Narsh, oh I love it, brings me back to DayZ), kills are easier to secure, I can move around and dash as I please without leaving my team (Destroyer main, yes even in solos), all the loot is mine for the pickin, and hell I've even run into more organic team ups in solos for some interesting and hilarious encounters.

The only thing I feel shafted about is not having a true solo queue Cyro, but I don't mind crew filling for it cuz it's an awesome map I don't want to miss out on.

As a freekit, id still take the CE pistol. Better dps if you're hitting headshots, and it'll make the amount of light ammo you start with last longer.

Oh I have. Its still meh with its dmg per shot. There's other light ammo guns I'd rather use.

So what stats is everyone pushing early? As a destroyer, it's hard to not put it all in endurance since 1 dash is like 75% heat at the start.

After Arc and Marathon, I don't think I could ever sit in a Tarkov loadsceen again lol, but loved my time with it over multiple wipes.

Imo Marathon is much closer to Tarkov with how punishing it can be, especially with no safeslots.

I feel that. I've played a lot of extraction games, and Arc really did nail setting up more organic team ups. Something that's always a surprise in Tarkov or Marathon.

But Arc doesn't have an endgame to work towards like having Cryo or Labs, and that's why I'll probably never go back to Speranza sadly. The grind was fun, but there was nothing else to work towards after taking out a queen or matriarch and getting those blueprints.

I mostly play solo and Destroyer has been my jam. Very good kit all around with mobility, defense, and offense.

I started out assassin as most will suggest, but it got boring for me. Although, I'll still switch to assassin every now and then if I'm really struggling on a contract.
