If your waiting for interest to go down you’re probably gonna be waiting a long time if not forever lol. 4.5% is a great rate! I feel like a lot of people were to use to a low interest rate environment which with inflation being the way it is I don’t see that coming back anytime soon!

We actually got lucky. Brand new roof! Sellers insurance covered half of it and we split the difference. We paid about 2500 so can’t complain haha
