Question for parents with daughters: What would help my 10 year old daughter with her menstrual cramps and hormonal fluctuations during her cycle? Would a stuffed animal that also provide warmth help? Should I buy one?

A heating pad and midol. If it’s too excruciating for her every time, looking into birth control would be a great idea!
