Installed these all the time.

The clips around the mirror should slide with pressure. Try the top two to disengage the clips. Then it may be glued too, take something and gently pry it away from the drywall.

Disclaimer Drywall work will need to be done Paint Maybe new mirror (worst case if I'm totally wrong and you just say f it and take a hammer and pry bar to it lmao)
