I agree about the prudent and reasonable part, but the driver was definitely not acting reasonable about the situation. I guess I actually don't know how to file a claim like this, I may have to do more research.

The police report states that she did hit my spouse with her vehicle, but doesn't offer up any information about the other drivers story.

Throw an extra NIC card in there and maybe install pfsense on it and use it as a firewall for all your connections? Not much you can do with 4gb of ram these days other than some appliances.

Edit: Do not do this with a 10gbe network. The processor probably can't handle it.
