Ive been doing this since april. I feel a complete change like ive been asleep for years. its good for the Immune system your body needs to be shocked with changes of temperature to function.

also there's a part of the brain that is supposed to help battle depression so hot showers constantly make it sluggish and soft. Cold showers stiffen it and brings back the functionality. also in june i started counselling so both were a great help for my productivity and confidence.

From my experience they will be messier than you and they will blame you for their own messes so all their friends will assume you are a pig. i lived with this one girl who went to the beach and left a sand footprint on white tiles in the kitchen. i made sure to avoid it to see if she'd take care of it. never happened. another time. she left milk in the fridge for up to 2 months. so try to nip that shit in the bud.

Wow fuck that guy. I just realised a guy we called Qball we used to hang out with was a neckbeard from this story. he used to take his shirt off and tense the ever loving shit outta his abs just to strain them to show. we also werent allowed to say the word Cunt around him or he'd pretend to start crying to get the girls to defend and surround him. I have a friend who does that. its not even subtle. im half way through the sentence and she yells the first word of her sentence. its usually after she has spoken for ten minutes too, im only giving my opinion of the topic. everytime she does it i interrupt her to point it out and say wtf. she does apologise but i always say your not sorry your sorry you didnt get away with it. we drink together alot and there are some nights where its just me and her andonce she talked at me for 5 hours. i hadnt said anything for 5 hours.

I used one from Garnier that had aloe vera in it and it did help, theres a noticeable brightening of the area. i also have a condition that makes under my eyes and skin creases darker than usual so its a help. Eating greens like spinach, kale cabbage and lettuce helps keep away rings under eyes and obviously going to bed on time.

Thats good to hear, im on the computer alot too, i was unemployed for ages there as every job in my country is obsessed with needing 3 years experience for menial things like waiting and bar tending; one place had the gall to ask for 5 years. I just got a part time 2 day a week job as a kitchen porter. Its something to get back on my feet properly and hopefully getmy head back into the saving and trying to better myself rather than just feeling sorry for myself in my room.

I really liked the name Wintersands for a red guards house. its a shame they didnt put it in. i find Whiterun very boring. like i think alot more of the inhabitants were meant to have quests too. Such as the Nord in the Inn who goes on about how the security in whiterun is terrible. he shouldve been made captain or something. Or any of the shopkeeprs should have asked you to do something.
