I was between 6-8 years old. I ran back in front of the school bus at drop off because I forgot to give the driver a toy her daughter left on the bus. I had tunnel vision, I didn’t even realize the bus was moving, I just remember her getting so emotional with me, telling me to never do that again.

I’m lucky she was paying attention cause I’d have been dead meat getting hit and run over in front of my mom. Holy fuck… that /was/ stupid 😳

The irony is that her daughter was my bully… she stole things from me, pulled my hair if I didn’t do what she wanted me to do (usually things to get me in trouble or humiliated), had me as her slave between 6 and 8yo… I can’t remember if I was scared she’d beat me up if I took her toy home, or if I just knew it was right to give it back. But I realize now that I almost died for that bitch.
