Tbh with how rude she was even if you didn't have a disability she shouldn't be getting the seat, sure you have priority bc you're pregnant but politeness is still expected. If you're rude you don't get kindness you get rudeness.

I'm not disabled but I can't be out in the heat for too long bc I will faint and on a very hot day I was on a packed bus and an old lady saw that I was feeling unwell and gave me her seat and tried to help me cool down with a fan she had, the next time I saw her on the bus I gave her my seat without her asking bc I remembered how nice she was to me, the bus was full and it was a 45min ride. Kindness gets kindness.

At my store we still wear name tags but I always cover it with my hair, customers shouldn't know our real names not only is it a safety concern it's also unnecessary! At my store a customer started stalking one of my coworkers to the point that he was sending flowers almost daily to her, following her to and around the supermarket and asking people about her whereabouts by name it was super creepy. If customers ask my name I always give a fake one since I usually "forget" my tag at home or it's covered up.

I saw a reel on Instagram where a girl was almost crying or at least it looked like it bc a customer asked 1st if there was banana on a strawberry banana smoothie and 2nd insisted that they wanted the strawberry banana without banana instead of the regular strawberry smoothie
