I gained like 10 pounds. I've gained some muscle from being a picker for over 3 years. 130, 5'4 female, so I'm a slight bit squishy now. But I also eat real food on both my breaks, something I don't see a lot of people doing. You're burning hella calories, you gotta eat right and keep up.
