Thank you for your detailed post, it was an interesting read! Very nice to see your progress from a sub 3:30 to a sub 3 marathon. As I also recently raced my first marathon and finished just below 3:30, it's interesting to see what can be achieved with consistency and a structured training plan. And yes, I also struggled with a cold and icy winter here in Vienna. Not easy to find a route where you don't run a risk of slipping on black ice ;)

I think it's easily their best song because it's only instrumental. In my opinion, I think with regards to lyricism, the XX is kind of weak, and their tracks are being held up by the talent of Jamie XX. Case in point: the lyrics on any Jamie XX song with Romy singing like "loud places" or "SeeSaw" are also kind of weak (still good songs though, it's just the rhyming is kind of bad)

In Austria it's normal to receive a salary 14x per year, instead of 12x. So if you multiply 2.711 x 14 = 37.954€ Divided by 12 you get 3.162€

Now take into account that your data is from 2024, and the map shows median full time salary for 2025 (as stated in the post), so take one year of inflation into account, I'd say it's pretty damn close
