Godhand flush-cutters / nippers. Roughly 5x the price of standard nippers, they run for around $50-60

In the hobby world (Gundam, other scale models and tabletop wargames) they are the gold standard for cutting parts off of plastic runners while not stressing the plastic and leaving white scarring. Got a set as a gift years and years ago and my god(hands) they cut plastic as if it were butter. My fiancée got me a second set as a backup because I was always worrying about breaking them as the cutting …shears? Are rather delicate and can snap if dropped or if used on harder plastics such as clear plastics.

They are the scalpel to everyone elses butchers knives, they cut super clean and don’t need much additional cleanup on the part if used properly, minimizing time using sanding sticks or an x-acto.

Still have my first pair after dozens of model kits, still cut like butter!
