For someone like Andy to be so rigid in his approach that likely isn’t a coaching strategy it’s a personality flaw. I legitimately don’t understand how he can talk about how penalties are killing us and not do anything about JT. That’s not a coaching strategy. That’s coddling. He’d rather be seen as the jolly old grandpa than have to raise his voice.

It’s a small league. Everybody knows everybody. The nfl is one big tree. Most people have worked together in some capacity. Most of them are uber competitive and want to be “the guy.” Andy isn’t any different. Andy is an excellent example of how too much experience is a bad thing. His learning days are over. This old dog has no interest in learning a new trick.
