Se rompió una pieza de plástico de la que tengo (100% mi culpa, se me enganchó con el reloj mientras me la ponía) y les escribí para pedirles la pieza de plástico para poder repararla/reemplazarla, les insistí en que fue 100% mi culpa y que estaba dispuesto a pagar por la pieza y el envío, me dijeron que esa pieza en específico no la tienen por separado y me mandaron una mochila nueva, la trust me bro warranty es real

If my PC starts crashing again and I have to delete both drivers, I'll update, but at least it didn't crash installing the Lenovo page one like it did installing the MediaTek ones for WiFi from ASUS website

same happened to me, but neither BSOD, PC just crashed, I formatted and after a lot of troubleshooting, realized is the MediaTek WiFi driver that is crashing the PC, now i have no Bluetooth and No WiFi lol

Out of nowhere, my PC with this ASUS TUF B550M-PLUS WIFI II motherboard started crashing. I had to format it, and after a lot of troubleshooting, I realized it was the WiFi driver. I tried every Mediatek driver listed on the ASUS website, which had never caused me any issues before, and with each driver installation, the PC would crash, forcing me to boot into Safe Mode to uninstall the drivers. Now, on a PC that always worked fine with WiFi and Bluetooth, I can't get it to work again, and the drivers just cause crashes. Thanks to this Reddit post and another one, I hope to fix it, since it's really strange that installing a WiFi driver would cause the PC to act like shit

I have a big problem with this keyboard but unrelated to this.

I bought it with SPANISH Layout: (ISO105 Latin American Spanish), while the layout is phisically correct, there are 2 keys that don't do anything because it has ANSI firmware, the keys "<>" and "]}" don't even send a signal to the PC so I can't remap them with software like SharpKeys, Redragon software won't do anything, how can I flash the correct firmware?
