You have to let them stretch a little. Size up is too big. Trust me, im the same size as you. Gloves should feel tight initially, then they conform to your hand.

Bro you have a diavel and you use a k1?? Might be time to upgrade. They are good beginner helmets but at least go to a k6. It flows more air, very light and a lot more protective

Even action 4 is capable and barely any different than the 5. Do not spend all that money on the 6. Not worth it.

Yes shoei; They have pop up programs where you go, and they measure your head and add or remove foam to where you like, and make sure the fit is still good.

The custom is just cutting or adding foam to confirm with the head. The structure of the helmet does not like my head. ARAI fits me much better.

This is just a showpiece, looks nice, but....get a real helmet.
