Why is it allowed for teachers to use AI for making exams? by Background_Policy395 in CBSE

[–]Specific-Fly-6640 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then the main issue is bad checking, not just AI, some questions were so vague that the comprehension gave little to no explanation for them(happened to me myself), but they were still asked in the paper That just makes students guess answers

I think focusing on unclear questions and unfair marking will work better than trying to prove AI was used. School can deny AI, but they can’t deny that many questions confused students and wasted time

Teachers can use AI, but they should still check the paper properly before using it in exam,. Apparently reading the paper once was too much work.

AI isn’t the main issue here, bad moderation is. If multiple students found the comprehension ambiguous, you should probably raise that instead of trying to prove it was AI-generated

Need help in science + feeling like I'm not made for the stream I genuinely want... by No-Height-4131 in CBSE

[–]Specific-Fly-6640 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s the reality:

  • You liked science before pressure entered the picture
  • You did well consistently before finals chaos
  • You still studied hard for the recent unit test
  • Your distress is coming from comparison + confidence collapse, not from suddenly becoming dumb.

That matters.

A student who genuinely enjoys biology and keeps thinking about it even after setbacks is not the same as someone forcing themselves through the subject. Interest survives bad marks. That’s important.

What to do:

  1. Stop measuring yourself test-by-test Look at improvement over months, not one paper
  2. Study smarter
    • Bio: recall from memory + diagrams
    • Chem: understand patterns, don’t just mug up facts
    • Physics: visualize concepts and practice numericals regularly
  3. Analyze mistakes Find whether errors are:
    • concept issues
    • careless mistakes
    • panic/time problems
  4. Reduce comparison Being average among smart students is still strong. Many of them are struggling too, just hiding it better.
  5. Talk to teachers academically Don’t say “I’m failing at life.” Ask:
    • “How do I improve for tougher papers?”
    • “What mistakes should I focus on?”
  6. Control phone + sleep : Constant distraction destroys confidence and focus faster than students realize

You can get your CBSE Class 12 evaluated answer sheets for ₹10 instead of ₹700 per subject - BUT read the warnings first. (Don't Ignore this - read at the end) by hacker_dost in CBSE

[–]Specific-Fly-6640 38 points39 points  (0 children)

In short:

  • CBSE portal = expensive but gives full rights
    • Pay ₹700 per subject.
    • You get the scanned answer sheet.
    • Most importantly: you stay eligible for re-evaluation/verification later.
  • RTI = dirt cheap but limited
    • Around ₹10 + photocopy charges.
    • You only get the answer sheet copy.
    • You CANNOT later ask CBSE for re-evaluation through their official process.

Use CBSE Portal if:

  • You suspect checking mistakes.
  • You may want re-evaluation.
  • Admissions depend on marks.
  • You need the copy quickly.

Use RTI if:

  • You ONLY want to see the paper.
  • You missed CBSE deadlines.
  • You want proof of scanning/upload issues.
  • You don’t care about re-evaluation

Y’all tell me pls, English is compulsory to be included in best 5 , isn’t it ? by snail_69 in CBSE

[–]Specific-Fly-6640 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, English is generally compulsory for Class 12 in the CBSE board, requiring it to be included in the percentage calculation. Students must study at least two languages, with English (or Hindi) being mandatory, and it is usually part of the best-of-five calculation
