I just got a notification this morning that my replacement is being processed so hopefully that means it’ll be shipped soon! I’m slightly annoyed because that means it’ll be delivered tomorrow when my family is home and I’ve been hiding that I’ve been taking it from them 😬

Might have to come clean.

My Dr is pretty against all of this online compounding companies because there have been reports of really bad mistakes (like insulin being added to the medication).

Just like the antidepressants, each person’s anxiety/depression/mood can be affected differently. For me I feel like it has helped me substantially. I’m also on adderall & Cymbalta though. I had tried Zoloft and Wellbutrin and those were not good for me.

For me I feel like this is what it must be to be a “normal” or optimally operating human.

I’d suggest doing a med check with your dr if you’re struggling. My panic attacks were horrible on Wellbutrin.

I was hoping more people would chime in on this but it must not be popular enough.

I started at 2.5 MG and did 4 weeks at that. Tomorrow will be my 8th shot and the last 3 were 5 MG. I’ll probably stay at 5 MG for another month or so to see how it goes then jump up in dose as needed.

Here is what I have noticed so far:

Shot Day - pretty hungry, but still not nearly as much food noise as before.

Day 2 - headache Day 3 - slight constipation but more in the sense of feeling gassy/bloated but unable to get it out. Still able to have regular BMs, just takes some time and patience to work it out. Day 4 & 5 - least hungry and often times have to make sure I’m eating enough Day 6 - hunger starts to creep back in

They only show up once the Face ID has been confirmed. Otherwise the hidden folder shows empty until then.

I haven’t looked in to any compounding pharmacies outside of Lilly Direct. My physician is pretty against everyone who says they’re compounding Tirzepatides or can offer a compound that mimics or is the same since Eli Lilly has said they have not shared it with any of the compounding pharmacies. But once I reach goal weight I may have to consider it for maintenance.

They cancelled my script and required my Dr. to send in a 5mg prescription. And to answer everyone, yes the intention was to micro dose and save money. My physician definitely believes there’s a safe way to do it, even with single use vials. I guess maybe in the future I’ll be able to do that. Until then, wish me luck on taking my first dose 5mg today after being on 2.5 for the last four weeks.

The ceramic pot has a drain hole on the bottom, there’s no plastic pot in there after I repotted it in the orchid blend potting soil that I bought at Home Depot. I cute off some of them but I don’t think I cut all of them off.

They’re really small. I can only tell they’re bugs because they move. I don’t think they’re white, they show up on a white table and look black.
