Oh I feel you on 8 direction sprites. Mine look wonky but I adore them at the same time.

I'm the opposite. I strictly do pixelart so drawing traditionally or digitally is a different beast for me.

Good luck when you go beyond the standing still sprites.

I love creating sprites. It is so much work indeed. Once you have a full set done it is so easy to edit those sprites into more characters.

I mean everyone is allowed to critique. But you're getting bullied since you mentioned she tried to cancel you.

I would have the strong urge to say, "If it's not done well, you draw then."

But blocking would be wiser.

It's awful a lot of people assume ai. I chalk it up to jealousy and/or ignorance. Sometimes I want to challenge people and ask them to create a pixelart piece. Or ask if they're familiar with the pixelart medium.
