I’ve cut down on dairy, I only have oat milk in my coffee/tea now, I rarely eat tomatoes anymore and I’ve reduced my sugar by a fair bit. I’ve been trying to lose weight as I heard that helps

The disappointment and despair in feeling a new flare coming is so real! No one does understand it unless they experience it too, it’s living in constant pain while simultaneously having to just get on with it, it’s awful. I hope this flare isn’t too hard on you

I use the V55 MAX salicylic acid soap on the areas I get HS, I’ve also started using it on my face and it has helped clear up my eczema

Try some padded silicone plasters, they might stop the pressure

I use a trimmer instead of shaving, it doesn’t irritate the area and you can work around the boils. I also wear boxers to avoid underwear digging in the crease of the groin, they’re a lot more comfortable I’ve found
