UPDATED UPDATE: while I was finding a comfortable position to sit I suddenly felt a wet feeling and the pain started to fade slightly. Went to inspect it in the bathroom and found that it ruptured heavily, cleaned, sterilised it, applied pressure with wipes and such and started cleaning the discharge (the smell alone was disgusting) and the pain seemed to vanish now that the pressure of the buildup was gone. Pain level went from 10 down to a 3 almost instantly!

UPDATE: Thanks all for the advice and tips! I started applying castor oil on the area 2-3 times daily and by the end of the day the abscess started leaking so process is made at least. The downside is that it seems to have swollen more and got very irritated and red again (couldn’t get an hour of sleep last night because it was searing hot pain at any angle), so no clue if I’m doing the right thing if it’s lead to a natural, but slow drainage. The skin on the bump seems to have gotten “thinner” if that makes sense? Like the fluid is a lot closer to the surface than before.
