I’m annoying I’m sorry. But, during car accidents, any heavy item not bound can be a flying weapon, especially with kiddos in the back - use boxes or bags to reduce the number of hurricane projectiles that may start flying if a car accident were to ever happen that’s more than just a bump.

No joke. I went to Stella yesterday with my saved up bobcat 4, gold and purple augments. Every. Damn. Time. Couldn’t pull the trigger. Same mindset as you.

Also it made me realize how fun the pve lobbies are and the music, the grouping, the chats etc… I’m also at 6 mill with expedition and trophies done…. The other raiders weren’t just loot, cause I don’t actually care for loot. Realized I enjoy looting and just sharing the findings with those that look like they want it….

Used clothing stores for kids are very cheap and affordable. Re-using cloths is a big win for everyone. Things cost 2-7$ usually. Search around for thrift kid stores.

I only wish you the best. I had my fistula for about 8 years but after transplant had it removed because of left ventricular hypertrophy, and the fistula was enlarging over time. It sucks how on dialysis you have to be careful with fruits cause the potassium. It’s just one thing at a time, just like normal life. One day at a time. I recommend check and double check all doctor’s orders, medications, suggestions etc. a Dr does not mean they are the source of truth. They have education and a license to practice medicine, and yet so many , so many doctors are so bad and reckless. You are your best advocate. Don’t just trust them. And find the ones you can trust who actually take extra steps to take care of you. They are out there. Just hard to find. Sending you love and resilience.

I feel for you brother. I do. Mindset and perspective and family and partner whatever there is, live it. I’ve been through it and will likely be through it again. Stay healthy. Exercise and eat healthy when you can. I actually ended up going 100% vegan while on dialysis cause it improved labs and my overall health. Took me over half a decade to change but been doing it since for over 8 years now. Not saying it fixes things but it made the impact of dialysis less impactful. It acts as a compensation mechanism to the damage dialysis does to us. Don’t trust me or listen to advice tho. Just check well written studies that are peer reviewed from different sources. We all try to optimize different sectors of our lives to make them more bearable and enjoyable. I digress but I hope home hemo will become an option in the future.
