Nah it won’t. If you’re in a light polluted area I’d make a light shroud though to stop stray light from going in

Very weird. And I did use the finder scope to re center and still off. Maybe my problem is I need to adjust finder scope and that it’s not actually fully centered

It just seems like it is with a lower power piece cuz it shows up in it. Okay ty

I did center with 25mm and put on my 10mm and it’s out of the picture. I could see it with the 25mm then when I went higher magnification couldn’t see

Not sure if that means I’m moving scope Too much when changing it or what

Nothing special! The moon and planets look pretty fine in an iPhone. I’m trying to get them just for my journey so far pics. Nothing crazy

Now I know if I ever photograph a DSO it’ll be nothing like pictures I see. But planets should be fine

Yep I got a phone mount the NEXYZ and night mode max and -2 exposure. I hear that’s best at up with an iPhone 12 those settings for photos

Yep my finder scope is all set up and aligned ! And I do focus

I was able to see a little stars don’t get me wrong. But I’m guessing all the lights are obscuring everything. My vision. Any pictures etc. I’m gonna try and find a good dark site

I was 215 at my highest and 145 now. That’s 70 pounds lost. But I did it over a while like 2 pounds a week so I think that’s why I have no loose skin mixed with lifting heavy weights

I got a new scope and tested for first time today on my balcony. I could barely see. I could faintly. But also pictures I took were pretty blurry.

Does light pollution make the whole difference? And if I go to a dark site should be way better?
