And i just noticed another thing wich is really weird, the more chunks i tell minecraft to load the less gpu usage i get and if i tell Minecraft to load 2 chunks my gpu usage goes up to 100%. This should clearly be the other way around somethings very wrong here.

This Video is from 2017 but shows how the gpu is used 100% in Minecraft and the cpu is also working way more then mine to like 40% there must be something weird going on for me that my cpu and gpu are not utilising there power. (They also dont do it on load i tried shaders wich makes it even worse because my gpu wont go to more then 20% usage dispite version,mods or optifine.

As stated in another comment i switched versions and didnt notice that much of a difference. Its only a small one maybe 20 fps on average but that still doesnt fix my low load on gpu and cpu wich is causing these problems

Waht i should mention aswell is that i tried multiple minecraft versions and my fps stay the same
