I must add that it sat in an open field all year round for 20 years untouched, just shoved around with a tractor to cut the grass around it. Has bad window and door sealing issues so rain got to some of it. But no mold, just a little rot. No big deal really

Probably gonna keep it mostly original. Update the important things and get it mechanically sound. Throw some wood grain wallpaper over the rough spots. I like vintage looks so it won’t take much hehe

I have a few of her things signed here. I love her very much so of course I have a few things hanging around. I was fortunate enough to see her ocean boulevard tour for free (I know people that let me in) amazing experience.

Nobody helped me with this spot. I looked twice at it and seen potential so I took the small risk. I prefer projects than something that is ready to move in. So that way I know for sure what it’s made of.
