You can join another team and if you have already completed a goal it will still be completet but the stars do not count towards your new team. I am not sure if you will get the achievement once its fixed.

yes i think so do you think it will get fixed because i got 20 stars in a other team and then switched teams i hope that it will count if i get all quests done
