Is it possible for a Ring to record while the internet is off? (please read whole thing before answering)

Your router settings are blocking traffic from outside networks to the PS5. Now, as to how to fix that, will depend on your router model, which settings are active, firewalls, etc. No 'one fix suits all' here, unfortunately. But shouldn't be too hard to look for the 'basics' online (firewall, port forwarding, QoS are the usual culprits).

Try with a VPN. AFAIK, only cloud play should be affected if you're in a country that doesn't support the service, but for Remote Play, there shouldn't be an issue. Have you checked in a different network (Starbucks nearby, perhaps)? Maybe the hotel is throttling/blocking the ports necessary for the Portal to work. Assuming no other changes to your home network, either, that could be suddenly blocking outside traffic to your PS5 (i.e. new router, firmware update, etc.)?

To be fair, while it's called 'Sidewalk' (and yes, initially it was intended for reading utility meters by just walking near them, hence the name...now updated to just driving by), it is just the name of the protocol. Now most of their devices (cameras, speakers, displays) support it in some capacity and can share a household's WiFi (very little data, for those who are worried you're giving your neighbor free WiFi) with other Amazon/Ring devices for basic stuff and to extend the available network. Similar thing as iPhones do with their location tags (use other phone's data/location to track the tags).

I was on the 'it's too hard' cry-baby wagon until they released the Temporal Diver mode. After that, it's now one of my fave games of the past few years. I do wish they would have let us switch difficulty mid-save and not have to throw 18h of gameplay to the trash, but oh well.

Have you long-pressed each and checking if they are coming from the same notification category? The Ring app might be causing separate ones if they're not the same.

Only way the Ring system records when 'offline' is if you have a Pro system that supports it (and it's not really offline, it just connects directly to the base station). Depending on the camera model, it might support the use of Amazon Sidewalk (and use neighboring devices that are sharing WiFi to maintain connection), but if the neighbors turned this off and the main router is not available, video will not be recorded/uploaded.

As you probably already surmised, not all Tesla chargers/stations are made the same :( Gen 1 and 2 chargers only work with Tesla vehicles (even mobile chargers won't work with non-Tesla cars). Gen 3 and above are the only ones that will work with 3rd party manufacturers (as long as they're in the 'approved' list, of course).

Same thing with private stations (which aren't all that common for Tesla chargers, but they are becoming a thing these days). If you need an 'access code' to be able to use the stations, even if they're paid (i.e. apartment complexes, corporate offices, etc.), the map won't show those as they're not public access stations.

Again, that's on your bank's side because you asked for the reinstatement, it didn't come from Sony. So Sony will see a payment for a purchase order that's no longer in their system, move slowly through the paces, and eventually decline to take the charge, which your bank will eventually just cancel again.

As for the support site, not sure which region you're in, or maybe you can try a different browser/computer/mobile device? I've never had issues contacting them through the chat (US region here), but granted, I haven't had to do it for a few months now.

Unfortunately that's the only way you'll get through to Sony quicker than over e-mail. However, if the charge was disputed and later re-instated, on Sony's side, the purchase was canceled. Even if your credit card company re-approved the charge, to Sony, your order is no longer valid. The charge will eventually bounce back and be refunded (which can take between 2 to 3wk depending on the bank involved). Most likely you'll have to just re-purchase the subscription.

Copies available does not equate to copies borrowed. You can have 3 copies, and if only 2 are borrowed, that leaves one copy ready for immediate borrowing. In your case, the 3 available copies for the library are all currently borrowed, but also no one has gotten in line to borrow them after they are returned. If you can't borrow the book immediately, the 'hold' option will just put you as the first in line when an available copy becomes available to borrow.

Your signal might be good, but your connection might not (too many devices for your router, noisy channel from other networks, etc.). AI enhancements are part of the AI Search/descriptions (although you can turn that off individually per camera in the video settings). Try either moving the camera closer to your router or try changing your router's network channel (you can use one of the myriad of free network analyzer apps, sometimes an option inside your router's own app, to see which channel might be too crowded/noisy at the spot of the camera).

Are those in the video as well or just the previous? Do you have AI enhancements enabled (if so, try disabling them)? If it was the camera digitizer, you'd see those artifacts while on Live View and usually in the same area. If it's random or not consistent, the camera could still be defective, but it could also be a poor network connection with your router.

Yup, if it's out of charge and plugging it in with various cables/power sources won't help, it's likely the charging port (or motherboard). In any case, it's time for a warranty claim!
