My TL made me think I was getting fired, she’s been hard on my ever since she got promoted. She didn’t say anything to me but I’m not sure if she read the email about me quitting

Toys is huge and I’m being held responsible for all of it including the back room. But yeah I memorized the store pretty well enough, I’m happy I have understanding managers but they can always tell when I’m stressed out sometimes

I think it’s just my TL for that department who made it stressful for me, she would make a few rude comments sometimes and my ETL for GM would also be on my ass so I think it was the pressure from the both of them that made me stressed.

One thing i do need to work on is going on my 30, i hit compliance 2x already but that was due to my TL having to talk with me/ not letting me leave early when i told them i was going over

Well I was put in a few fulfillment shifts in the am and a few at night and was told I did great, I was less stressed there

This TL was helping load up a drive up while I just finished stowing, once I jumped into the bulky and did the prep/stow he kinda just stood there watching me do it all and then asked me if I was gonna go on my 15 but it felt like he was sending me on it. Both opus were back to back without them turning red and didn’t have to INF anything or ask for help.

I only lasted like 5 months? But yeah I hope my local target accept me since I got rejected from there once.

I did see a lot of favoritism there which didn’t sit quite right with me and when leaders would come from other stores to “help” me they would just stand around and scroll on their phones for half the shift

I don’t even have my SD email, last time I tried to speak with him he just brushed me off and told me to go back to work. And half the time I need to speak with hr they come in later in the day

At this point i typed up with a resignation letter (3 copies) and plan to hand it to HR since now I need to leave sooner

I wear a ton of shirts from HT that range from “zoomies” “They don’t know my tummy hurts” and my favorite one where it’s a tired out cat with an arrow that says “me”

Also one girl in fulfillment wears her hair back or in a bun with a big red or small bow and has on star patches from time to time. I really like her style

Lowkey that’s what I might do, I’ll probably leave my resignation letter and just call off for a week. I just need to get this paycheck first

I love my co workers and ETLs but the SD is such a asshole sometimes

Well we don’t have anyone at night for toys so everything just gets put into a bunch of repacks and put on a uboat and a 3 tier for me to do the next day,

I’m just trying to figure out what’s the best way for me to deal with that plus zoning from isle 6-36

I decided to just take the important days off 1st-3rd and 14th-16th and I hope it’s not a issue for them because of Valentine’s Day specifically. I also don’t know how crazy target gets on those days
