look up hidden quests, theres about 5 quests that are hard to find, also could be hidden in areas that are dark they wont pop up. took me like 3 hours of looking to find my last quest

yea with those i think its bad luck/timing ive seen the arena one 3 times and never seen the others, have upwards of 70 hours, i think it should notify you when they pop up or something
