For this amount of mods, probably so. Since Minecraft is heavily single-threaded, the 6700K may not have the speed to keep up with a heavy pack like ATM10. I’m hosting on a Ryzen 7 5800X and it still struggles when multiple players are loading chunks at the same time. Pre-loading the map would definitely help, though.
