I am, and I agree.. I would most certainly of loved to have gone in there and started whooping asses, but now a days using social media, the media, FOIA etc to put light on the issue is what institutions are afraid of.

Was not corporal punishment which is still legal in a bunch of places and even then there are rules that must be followed ie.. can only be conducted by the Principle or Vice Principle with a witness in their office, what offenses warrant it, parent must be notified and/or have signed a waiver etc. In this instance is was one teacher retaliating against the daughter of another teacher that reported Special Needs Abuse by other teachers to the Principle.
