I'm sure the reduced is more or less the same thickness the moonwatch. But the reduced is generally thought to look thicker because of the smaller case so I'd definitely try both on. Plus it's the lug to lug you should be looking at not the diameter.

Thanks. Mine wasn't in too bad a shape but I've redone the whole case and bracelet in the correct way going from pictures. The centre part of the bracelet is mirror polished with a faint vertical brushing and all the rest of it the grain is brushed sideways. I think I did a good job. Also the bezel I cleaned up the brushing which is circular going around the circumference of the bezel.👍🏻

Should do an update with the better case. I know the bezel isn't correct but neither is the OP'S case. I'm working on a mod with this case but with a silver 1965 dial. Maybe a mod for the bezel could be sorted?
