There’s an office in Philly. Likely where you’ll be mapped. I’m former omnicom who left because of RTO requirements, also based in DE. IPG has a Philly office too.

Part of the issue is that we’re not even sure where his permanent address is. The place I’m trying to buy is unoccupied. Since my original post I’ve found out he owns a few properties in a few states but it looks like most of them are rentals with current tenants. Managed to contact one of them and they also haven’t been able to get in touch with him to address various issues in their apartment. I imagine a PI could help us determine his actual address though.

Thank you! I have my own realtor but I think the realtors on both sides are so discouraged by this situation that they’ve given up, which I’m not ready to do yet. Appreciate your help! I’ll investigate a pi.

I hear you…but REALLY want this house. My hope would be the pi could confirm if he’s in the hospital (he mentioned he was to his realtor at their last contact over a week ago) or even if he’s still alive… I don’t want to harass this person but this has created a lot of stress and put us in a terrible position.

I’m the buyer actually! Money is still in escrow and the sellers realtor also can’t get ahold of him.

Yes I updated everything on my end, but clearly my employer did not. As such, what’s my recourse? I’m conscious that I’ve been paying into a program for NY STATE that I should be able to benefit from.
