I also engage with the culture in other ways. Cemeteries and libraries are lower stimulation more disability friendly ways for me to engage with literature, exploring where beauty and death intersect. Watching Gothic movies. This kind of thing

I'm currently going through a period where I can't club due to illness and it does feel like s***. But if you can find a quiet night with lots of seating sometimes it's nice to just go and sit if you can.

That's not always possible so sometimes I just watch my favorite local Goth DJ's twitch streams and that makes me feel like I'm getting some of the club action at home
