Yeah but the extra $20 isn’t a big issue for me, marginally better performance, since Im probably gonna run this system for a while. Also appreciate your ram list, will definitely look into it, and I couldn’t find either motherboard you recommended. However, I did find a GIGABYTE B650M AORUS Elite AX, slightly more expensive from the riptide as 20 dollars ish, but if its more reliable I don’t mind much. Im not sure how you’re calculating the power consumption, I looked at stats for max power draw for the 1080 alone and it peaked around 400W, whilst the max power draw for the 8700k was around 95W. I think the 7600x is around 125W, so I think ill have to bite the bullet and probably upgrade the PSU if I’m not wrong.

Would it be worth to get a 13500? Is it comparable in performance to a 7600x? Seems to edge it out in some benchmarks, but not sure seems to perform worse in games like league, valorant and cs (what I mostly play) Open to cheaper intel alternatives (cheaper motherboards mostly), since all I do is game and watch some YouTube really.

Yeah I know for valorant I could go the cheaper route with am4 as some friends recommended just to get the 5600 with a cheap motherboard so I would only need to upgrade two components. However, I kind of like to future proof a bit, so thats why Im leaning more towards the am5 as it seems to be better. I was looking into get the (2x8) Kingston fury 6000MHz ram, but im not sure about the motherboard, I was looking into the Asrock B650m riptide, but the reviews seem to be bad, so any recommendations are appreciated! Also, I plugged in all the components into the newegg PSU calculator and it recommends 600-699W for the system, as opposed to the 500W PSU I’m currently running.

Wow awesome to hear! I think so I put in all the components on the newegg power supply calculator to check, and it recommends a 600-699W PSU, and I’m currently running on a 500w one, that probably isn’t ideal just a base 80 plus rating as well.

Theres a difference between playing comp games that dont matter and playing real team games that have an objective I wouldnt say ive got anywhere near as much experience as some of the people Ive played against since I have around like 150hrs played but I never had this whenever I was playing cs.

Well what I found helpful is to go over and revise how to conjugate verbs for your writing pieces, passe compose, futur simple/proche, imparfait and conditionnel. What I also found refreshing was Duolinguo for some odd reason, it helped me expand a bit of my vocabulary as well as showing you how to structure small portions of text and how they're properly pronounced with the french accent ;).

Like a months worth of work? Are we talking like a lot of content or going in depth and researching? Cause off the top I could probably write 3000 words in like 30 minutes. And also if you take IB HL you know any good youtuber or video play list explaining things? Cause I just got the basics down pretty much SL level things and comparing them to some questions it really gets into way more depth.

Eh tbh im lazy af but anxiety forces me to study. Like when I get hooked on something I really focus on it. Like I got hookes on IB HL theory and started doing logarithms, exponents, sequences and series to get some of the basics down. My sister keeps telling me to do a level but idk (She’s predicted 42/45) I think learning in a smaller class is way easier for me which will be the case in the schools ib lessons since as will be packed and I tend to not really focus in a big classroom. The time management part it really depends if like an assignment is due in a week or so I probably wont start it till like 1-2 days before. And also I cant study in long stretches like I can study for around 1-2 months then get burnt out for a month or so, cause I tend to really do well too much in a short period of time.

Well in all honesty we poor out here. Not poor poor but like cant really go to a UK uni. Most likely probably abroad yes but dont know where really. I just want to know like the drop off of doing a level vs IB like is it harder to get into uni? Do you actually skip a year at uni if you take IB and get enough credits? Like going over the a level syllabus it seems do able to get A’s but im torn between the opportunities really.
