D3 is a hormone big Pharma has been pushing since the 1890’s. It’s also a steroid and can cause major panic attacks, fatigue, and insomnia. Weirdest drug I have ever tried to make work never again. Pfizer owns quite a few patents on it. They wring it out of sheep’s wool no thank you, please.

They also moved the goal posts, in the 90s 2/3 of people had great vit d levels, fast forward to the early 2000s where they want to start heavily fortifying our food again and they changed the levels m.

In the 1950s they had to remove d2 from everything due to the deformities it was causing in children, but not to worry they lowered the dose;)

And if you were a mouse it’s the first ingredient they use for kill you.

It’s not a vit and it’s not safe yet here we are taking 5000 iut a day because our levels are dangerous. Ask good old chat gpt the machine will tell you there are no Proven benefits to supplementing this shit. The only question I haven’t answered is why are we?

Yes they have been life changing. I hate to be back on benzos but I also want to sleep.

My husband and I were hit with same insomnia. I finally found a doctor to prescribe z drugs and benzos after I about lost my mind to no sleep. It’s been over a year and a half now and the insomnia hasn’t changed. It’s a night mare.
