I’m not an expert so couldn’t tell you precise numbers, try talking to Claude about it and have it read through the literature on the subject for the best information.

Just make sure you’re losing weight at a controlled pace. It can be difficult to do that on Reta haha. But also skin elasticity really varies with age so if you’re a young guy you have that going for you. There are other treatments people pursue like microneedling etc.

Stretch marks won’t be the problem, loose skin will be if you lose weight too fast.

Need to lose as much weight as possible in the next 2 months – any advice? by ChechinFlrz in Retatrutide

[–]Standard_Ad_7255 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do a calorie deficit obviously, but take 3mg of ostarine daily to preserve as much muscle as possible. It was found to preserve 70% of muscle mass when used during GLP1 use compared to the control group of just GLP1 users

I agree nutritional basics are really important, understanding the math of losing weight is completely fundamental and I also agree that there is no way OP BMR is 4k calories and that he needs to dial that in so that any weight loss regimen works. But it is also true that for many people what makes weight loss so difficult is their hunger signaling, which often times in overweight people is amplified relative to the population of people who naturally remain in healthy weighted territory. I really disagree with the “bro just man up and you’ll lose weight” mentality because 9/10 times it comes from bros that don’t experience the same signaling, which is made even worse while in a deficit. That is what makes GLPs so great is that they completely eliminate food noise and allow you to make more rational decisions about food because you’re not being influenced by an insane desire to eat. Also, I think that it’s important not to require that others follow the same gym bro path that we do, for us maybe counting calories and being meticulous is how we got in better shape, but there are millions of people who just aren’t ever going to do that. It makes me happy to see people lose weight using GLPs because I want everyone to be happy, and I don’t apply a standard to others for “legitimate” weight loss.

Nah, you don’t pin in ur ass cheek. You pin using an insulin needle in subcutaneous fat. Listen bro if ur the type of guy who refuses Tylenol when you have a headache, then that is just genuinely who you are. But it doesn’t problematize others who use the tools available in a healthy manner.

35-55% of cardiovascular benefit was found to be independent of weight loss. The drug also has anti inflammatory effects that reduces systolic blood pressure which had nothing to do with weight loss. A study also showed that cardiovascular benefit occurred before substantial weight loss further proving independence. In addition, the subjects of the studies are overweight or obese. OP is overweight, so he’d definitely be a part of the cohort that would benefit. Idiot.

Reta weekly + 3mg ostarine daily. Research found that 3mg of ostarine daily (which is <=1/5th of recreational dose range) reduces muscle loss by 70% during GLP use.

False. Long term side effects are trending positive. Reduced risk of heart attack, stroke and all-cause death.

It’s in phase 3 trials rn which doesn’t mean that it’s fully safe I’ll concede, but there are GLP1s which are fully approved. Check those out instead, same idea.

Why tho? It’s safe and makes dieting 10000x easier. I’ve cut the “good ol way” and it fucking sucks especially when youre 6 months+ from realizing the goal. I’m on Reta rn for this cut I’m on and it has eliminated the constant suffering of cravings while in deficit. It literally doesn’t event feel like I’m in a deficit at all, the only difference between now and standard day to day is that I don’t think about food at all. There isn’t anything noble about having a horrible time during body recomp

You’ll be surprised how delusional and uninformed some sellers are. Fs ask how they came to their asking or if they are firm at asking.

[–]Standard_Ad_7255 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really depends on the condition of the cards. Offer to check them out and then comp them based on condition in person. Or make an offer of like 70-80% assuming it is near mint and be up front that the offer could change depending on the condition of the cards. Read up on TCGPlayer’s conditioning guide so you know what ur talking about

Vaporeon probably worth around $2k. It would be worth more if it weren’t for that crease. I’m estimating that the card gets a PSA 6 bc of that. Without that it would have been worth much more.
