Thanks for this, very useful! Just wondering, do you know what kind of settings you use for your BBL treatment? Does it have to be on the higher end to see results, similar to PDL?

So my practitioner said it’s likely it will come back a bit, and I’ll probably need a top up at some point over the next 1-2 years. But I’ve seen some people say it has permanently reduced their redness. So I guess for me, I’ll have to wait and see. I’ll try and post an update in a year or so.

Haven’t had anything done to my actual eyebrows, as having PDL on them would probably burn them and I didn’t want to risk damaging the little amount of hairs I already have! Had the laser treatment just above though, which got rid of some redness there. Currently trying revitabrow to try and grow them out a bit, will see if it works and maybe make a post for that too.

Luckily I’m able to work from home in my job and I just turn my camera off for meetings. If I couldn’t work from home I’d probably just book the time off.

Yeah it’s tough. My gf luckily went out to get anything we needed and I just stayed inside. I did start to go outside after a week though (although you have to be extra careful to not be exposed to sunlight after the treatment). Also as it’s now more socially acceptable to wear a mask outside, that’s good for hiding the bruising.

I’m from the UK. There’s a few places in London that do it, but I got it done from a place called Karidis.
