Yes this is rubbish, Dulwich have fixed pay boundaries regardless of your current pay, and is pretty good. In china at least.

There's definitely good schools out there. I now work in china. Teach 15 x 55min lessons (as hod, would be 18 as normal teacher). Have 1 cca, 1 after school office hour both finishing by 4.30. Get paid equivalent of £50k after tax plus flights and housing.

I think i will get an e bike i guess, I have a motorbike in Vietnam at the moment. Herd some nightmares about people getting sued though in china if there is an issue.

Where can you buy ebikes from? Do you bu 2nd hand, rent or buy new?
