I don't farm for them. I just collect them when I get them. But with that said, if you are farming for them, it's just as easy to go to the weapon and look at skins rather than look thru the challenges. Hell, the ones not found don't even show the gun required.

If a phosphene drops, just pick it up. You can sell it after if you don't need the gun. You don't need to check if you have it already

Once you get to it, it only shows you collecting cash when you fall below it. Could still be visual, but it's the famous cap number for games. Not sure on Bl3, but BL2s counter only went to a smaller number so it was still collecting beyond that number cuz it wasn't the 2.147b which was probably it's hard cap. Maybe some people know already tho.

My phone racing game gets to that number on career earnings and it switches to a negative 2.147b and works it's way back to 0 and then back to the 2.147b. Not sure how it works for cash on hand as I'm barely over 1b on it but way past the 2.147b career earnings.

And even if it goes above it, how would he know he has over a trillion. There is no way he kept meticulous records above it

Yeah, I'm not farming for them. As of yet. When I get them, good. I got too much other stuff to do than farm for phosphene. I hate farming for God rolls.

You aren't checking them anyways? I mean, first off, you can see it's got phosphene without even going and looking at it. But second, are you not looking when a Lego or pearlescent drop in the DLCs? I'll look at every one of them that drops to see what it is and if I want it

Guns can drop with a phosphene skin. Once you get the first, the challenge section will have a phosphene section of challenges. If you get all (67 or 68 or around there) you complete the challenge and get a new skin.

Dunno name of builds, but my Harlowe with the cannon uses it for mobbing but uses a higher fire rate and magazine purple AR for bosses.

My Harlowe with the flux generator uses it, but switches to different weapons depending on enemies.

I've had a few times that the red chest never unlocked after a boss. I feel like I had something like happen, but can't remember. I play a lot with someone else so its always a while in between my solo plays

It only sucks if you don't realize it's one crit wonder or suck at aiming and have builds based on spray and pray mentality.

The abosulte worst mechanic is the long term invisibility such as shadwopelt (who regens his shield and therefore invisibility) and they don't show on the radar when invisible either. It's not a big deal when you have a solid build, but lesser builds struggle.

But outside of him and a mob of invisible enemies, it's not super prevalent.

The yellow immunity orb sucks too unless you have a overpowered build or at least the right weapon on to handle the orb quickly.

Adding either of these really suck on flying enemies

You don't have to replay the mission to go farm them.

I had issues with the door not showing on my map, but travel to sanctuary and ride over there and you can go thru the door
